GUIDELINES FOR ORDERING REPLACEMENT PARTS

Required information for parts orders:

  • Original serial number
  • Model number
  • Vapor-logic® code (if applicable)
  • PPH for all dispersion tubes  

All orders received before 12pm CDT will be processed to ship the following working day. The following exceptions apply:

  • Conversion Kits  -   10 Working Days
  • Service Kits – 3 Working Days
  • Heat Exchangers  - Consult Factory
  • Tanks  - Consult Factory
  • Covers  - 10 Working Days
  • Separators (Qty. of 4 or more)  -  10 Working Days
  • Dispersion Tubes  - 10 Working Days
  • Cylinders - 10-15 Working Days
  • Sub-Assemblies for VPC, VLC, US, RS  -  5 Working Days
  • Descaling Solution/Neutralizer – 15 Working Days
  • Programming / Calibration  -  2 Working Days
  • Purchased / Vendor Parts  -  Consult Factory
  • Welded or Fabricated Parts - Consult Factory

Expedite Policy for Parts:For Manufactured Parts or Assemblies please contact Customer Service with the part number(s) you are looking to expedite. Fees will be assessed based off part(s) and required lead time.

All parts pricing shown is net pricing.

Standard replacement parts are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Electrical replacement parts are covered by a 30-day warranty.

Minimum $100 parts order or $25 minimum if you are a rep who participates in the PSSP.

Terms: Net 30 days, F.O.B. Eden Prairie, MN. All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Freight: Note the estimates that generate are estimates and not always the actual charge. If you select PPD/ADD, please note that your invoice may reflect a higher charge than stated on the invoice that is generated when you place your online order. For parts that ship LTL or via KING Solutions, please note those freight charges could be larger than the UPS generated quote.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY

  • Warranty parts may be shipped at no charge with the exception of parts requested to be returned for DriSteem or vendor evaluation. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be generated for parts that DriSteem requests returned back to the factory.
  • All returned parts must be accompanied by an RMA. Credit will not be issued without RMA identification. Credit for all parts subject to review by DriSteem.
  • Copies of the RMA will be routed as follows:
  1. Customer’s copy included with parts shipment
  2. Representative’s copy sent with invoice
  3. Disposition of RMA sent with credit to Representative
  • An RMA is good for 30 days only. To receive credit, items must be returned to DriSteem within 30 days. Please indicate what the problem is when returning the items so that we may process the credits promptly.
  • “Old style” manufactured parts are not eligible to be returned for credit.
